A Class Engine

Hi there,

I am currently in the process of ordering a new A Class. However, I'm torn between the A220d and the A200 (Renault Engine).

Obviously the Petrol is a cheaper option and to be fair sounds much nicer. But the the fact it's a Renault engine puts me off.

Appreciate any thoughts from the experts.

Cheers
Chris

A Klasse - A 180 2016
I own an A180, petrol/benzine, and I had a lot of issues from August 2016 till now. Brand new. 0km, bought from showroom.
The car is releasing strange noises when it changes gears and they said that all benzine models do the same. And they dont want to fix it.
So, keep your money in the pocket and dont buy it, unless you want to own a mercedes with uncomfortable noises when changing the automatic gears.

A-Class 200 automatic benzine
Hi, I have an A200 automatic benzene and I don't hear noises when chaining gears...actually changes very smooth. Work on an automotive engineering company and my colleagues tested it and goes very good. Think they should take a look to your car... On which gears you hear more problems?

A Class 180 CDI
o motor Renault é bastante fiável ou a Mercedes não os colocaria nos seus carros
