Engine cowl very hot

Good morning guys, I'm new in the house and I'd like to know if any of you felt the engine cowl very hot just above the turbo.
I can't barely hold my hand touching the skin.
My car has one week now and the dealer says it should be prepared for this but I'm not sure if the painting will stand these temperatures!
As you know A45 matic Amg has a huge turbo.
Any clues and guessing?
Thanks so much!

Hi Jim or others,
My wife's A200 2016 seems to remain very hot under the bonnet when in the garage even after a fairly short drive (10km) and some fans / things are operating. Feeling is something must be still generating heat, but motor not going, so what could do this - only the electric heat part of a/c heating which I think this may have?
Dealer says no odd codes, but it seems unlikely to be correct behaviour.
If you unlock turn car ign on and then relock, noises stop, think it stops what was happening.
Anyone noticed anything similar or any ideas on this? Car runs fine but would like to understand the situation.
Thx Greg
