Bluetooth problem connexion/no sound

hello, I have a problem with the bluetooth. My Mercedes found my screen 10.25, it is visible but impossible to connect and I have no sound on Youtube, maps etc .. I have selected bluetooth in the settings but it does not work. can you help me?Mercedes w176 2013 10.25

Do you have AUX in your car? I just installed mine yesterday and got no AUX, but when its plugged in you can change it to AUX in the regular menu of the command unit.
