hey, guys, I'm new to this forum as I was looking online to see if I could find a fix to my issue but couldn't find anything.

first off the car in question is the A-class A180d 2017 model.

when I got the car apple carplay worked perfectly without an issue up to recently it's been acting up with screen glitches or tearing but the data is still being transmitted to the display in the car, there aren't any audio issues it's just the displaying of the content on the screen.

one more thing to note is that the phone works fine in other vehicles when connected to use apple car play.

I’ve changed my phone and now this happens.
Did you fix it?
