A-class A200d 2016(Facelift)

I just wondering if anyone ever come across a slight vibration while driving when resting left foot on the footrest thing , Just started a few weeks ago and really bugging me now as not sure whats causing it,checked engine mounts/exhaust and all seems firm with no play??

Driving me mad now.

Any help would be most gratefull.
