Hi all,

New here and new to MB ownership. Got in car this morning and had blank screen . Wouldn't startup and all the infotainment system lights were flashing orange. Count access any features on screen. Has come back on after a couple hours and has completely changed. Showing a different vehicle on screen and different settings. can't activate Apple car play anymore it doesn't even show as an option? Dynamic Select isn't even there and it's showing me Electric lumbar support in the vehicle options which I don't have. Lost all telephone capability. its almost like its hard reset and completely changed the whole firmware .


Anyone had this issue before or know the fix?
