Question Online map&software update stuck
Hello, I am unable to install new MBUX & map update to my A class.

Map update stopped at 100 %, MBUX update at 0 %, both updates are in "Paused" state and there is no way to continue or restart it. This lasts for 2 weeks now.

Did this happen to anybody? Is there any way to continue update or force it to start again? I already tried to restart and even reset the system to factory settings, nothing changed...
