Mercedes Me setup
I have recently bought an A Class Sedan (registered on June 2019) from a Mercedes dealership in the United Kingdom and then moved to Cyprus with the car. Unfortunately, the Mercedes Me setup was not performed while the car was in the UK, therefore I had to contact Mercedes dealership in Cyprus in order to complete the setup.
However, even though they've linked the car to my account, the application on my mobile phone doesn't seem to perform.
Is this because the relevant subscription has not been activated? If yes, I assume that this should be performed by Mercedes (due to the fact that the car is only 1 year old), isn't that true?
Please advise on the steps I should follow in order to solve this issue.
