Someone shared this with me on the location of the auxiliary battery in the center console. I found mine and I am currently charging it on a smart charger. I had enough room to gently set my console (with wires connected) to the right side and have enough access to get the battery out. My car sat for a long period of time discharging the auxiliary battery and the main battery.
The 2 latches in the storage area need to be pushed in and the 2 outside legs are released outward and then the assembly can be raised upward.
