Am I the only with so many problems with my A250 ?
Hi,
I bought a 2019 A250 2 years ago and since then, I go to the dealer every few months or so. So I was wondering if I am the only one with that many problems with my A250.
List of problems I have or had :
- A/C Controler unit problem, they changed it twice and the problem is back again. It's 15 degres C outside, maybe 18-20 inside the car, my temp is at 22 and the A/C is shooting cold air. I must put the temp to 24 if I don't want to freeze
- Airbag problem, passenger side, they had to tighten some cable
- I deactivated the autofolding mirrors but the reactivated themselves over time. They had to changed the doors modules.
- My hatch wouldn't close one day, they had to change the hatch lock
- I have the keyless option and sometime when I put my hand on the door handle to lock it, it doesn't lock.
- I had a problem with the engine, went they checked it, they found that I have an air leak within one cylinder and they must change the engine head.
- I have a check engine light and it's the second time I have this, the first time, they change an air sensor or something like that.
- A few days ago, I was going somewhere with the navigation system and suddently, ma car was wayyy out of where I was
As you can see, that's a lot of problems, some are just annoying, some are serious and today, I began thinking of changing my car for obvious reasons.
So, I'd like to hear you guys to see if you have problems with your A250.

So sorry for all of your problems with your car. At least your MB dealer is trying to help you which is certainly a plus. I don't own your particular model of MB so I can't really answer your question about your particular model. I will also say that all of the manufacturers have their issues with their cars and their dealerships so going with a different manufacturer might not necessarily be a solution although I understand why you're considering it. It does seem that the people who do the most posting in this section of the forum do so because they're having an issue with their car. That's by no means any kind of scientific analysis. Maybe you might want to look into what the lemon laws are in your local area to see if that might be a possibility?

Hi, my problem is extremely frustrating. Started 1 month after picking up the car from the dealer in 2019. Car stalls after accelerating from s complete stop. It only happens if I time the acceleration right…not too fast or slow. I now just wait 1 to 2 seconds before accelerating…since the dealer can’t find the cause after 5 times in the shop. 10 months left in my 2019 lease so I am riding it out. Tried contacting the sales Mgr but never responded to my voice mail. Contacted Mercedes’ headquarters and the buyback was denied. Already filed with BBB.

2019 a250
Are u registered to MercedesME connect if not do that, I got the engine issue a couple of times as well lucky I had warranty and when the dealer checked the car they said their is an issue with the fuel nozzles with 2 piston, and their was misfiring in the engine and rpm flucationation the issue of the RPM flucationation came back now so am not sure how to solve that aswell
