A220 Projector / Puddle Light Blinking

I have a 2020 A220 and I just installed the OEM projector light. If I install both, they are blinking and won't stay lit. Actually, the driver side will blink 3-4 times and then it will stay lit but the passenger side will not stop blinking. I found a workaround by only installing the projector light on the driver side. So it means the driver side has the stock lights. I bought part number A 247 820 87 02 as seen on the pic. I did call the MB parts department and gave them my VIN number and they verified it is part number A 247 820 87 02. What I noticed though is the part number on the actual item is different (A 247 906 33 03). I want to know for the guys who have the same model car and with the projector light if they can check the part number. Thanks in advance.

I did more research and found a German parts retailer that shows the projector light is only compatible to cars with code U62 (Light and Sight package). Unfortunately my car doesn't have that so I asked MB service department if they can enable code U62. They said they could for $198! What's weird is that I checked what's included in the Light and Sight Package and I have everything in my car:

BTW.. I checked 2 other vendors and the part number on the actual item is really different from what's in the box label.

I must say that I have the same issue and I have code U62 activated on my car as standard. So I check the catalogue and these lights are compatible and specific for the car, however still blinking but only on the passenger side.
