hello, my friend has a 85 300sd and i accidentally unclipped the exterior molding and the clip came out. I am trying to get information on how to fix it. it should be as simple as putting the clip back in the plastic exterior molding and pushing it back into the door to reset the clip; that being said, i want to do it right. it's a classic and i don't want to mess it up more. should i order a new clip, whats the part number, anyone had to do this?(that type of stuff) thanks.

(I'll take pictures the next time i go over there.)
