W124 300E 1990 passenger door hard to open FROM OUTSIDE
The door locks and unlocks fine. The door opens great from the inside. It requires a violent yank from the outside to get it to open. How do you lubricate or otherwise solve this, please?

check linkage from external handle to latch. might have issues.
Once door is unlatched should not matter if inside or out for force required.
Hence why I think it is external handle not unlatching it fully like only going to first latch and not opening up the second latch point all the way, so you have to pull door to get it to unlatch.
