Good news!
They keep their "promise". Finally, I received $150 refund after lots of phone call on 10/13/06. It is more than 18 months after I sent them the $400 check on 2/5/05. However, I had to agree with the $50 lose. Better than lose $200....

These people are no good. You should post a link to this thread on every website you can...hopefully you will let enough people know that it will run them out of business...
