Yes, I am still using OEM headlight.
When I feel bored of them, I will ask your help to get the Audi projector with clear headlgiht seriously. :p

Yes, they would fit straight in. From the pix, I could tell that the light came with ballast (and probably bulb), so you don't have to do anything. Straight swap in.
All of the plug are the same between halogen and xenon headlight, if I remmember it correctly. There's a plug for auto-level on the xenon unit, but you won't need that.
Take about 15 minutes for the light swapping jobs.
