Hi there, honestly, I don't know if it fits a CLK or not... I bought it for a C-Class Sedan.
From everything that I learned, the install seems to be pretty straightforward. It's a slip on/brace on exercise.
Eisenmann claims 5-7 HP gain. Also it is much lighter (maybe 10 to 15 lbs) than the stock exhaust.
The exhaust tone is deep. I am told that the main difference in sound is when one revs up the engine (I don't know because I never installed the exhaust to start with).
