Feeler: Thinking about selling my 1999 E320. How much?
Hey guys,
I'm thinking of parting ways with my 1999 e320. Thinking of replacing it with another diesel or a 4matic.
A little bit about the car:
2nd owner
A little over 100k miles
Gold exterior and beige/tan interior
Bose sound system
Heated seats
Factory phone system (everything but handset)
Excellent shape. Nothing mechanically wrong with it. No accidents
NADA trade in is about 14 and change, while their inflated retail price is close to 17 (not happening)
Galves kills me because of the miles ($150 decrease per thousand miles over 59k) bringing it close to 10k.
On the local used car market in my area, I see similar cars with asking prices ranging from 13000-16000.
What do you think I should ask for it? How much could I realistically get? Am I better off keeping it for a few more years, then dumping it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
