FS: CLS55 Obsidian/Charcoal
Under 3k miles (2,820 as of today), PERFECT CONDITION, loaded with everything except distronic and phone. It has: Keyless Go, Active Seats, Ventilated Seats, Rear Shade, Sirius, Nav, High Gloss Laurel (custom matching RennTech wheel installed - can stay or go), Trunk Closer, Parktronic, CD Changer...I think that's everything.
Have a new M5 arriving next week (~Nov. 18th). Driving the M5 for a change of pace until my 030 CLS55 arrives in Feb/March.
Original MSRP $97,529. This car will likely be purchased through BMW of Ft. Myers where I am getting my M5 or possibly Mercedes Benz of Pembroke Pines. Best offer takes it in the next few days or I'll end up trading it in next week. If you're seriously in the hunt for a gorgeous CLS this is a great opportunity to get a mint condition, low mileage car under MSRP. email: jkrutchik@comcast.net
Thanks in advance.

Change of pace until the 030 CLS arrives next year. They are both great cars and I think the CLS is better looking, but the M5 will be more fun to drive. I wish Merc would add a fun tranny to the AMG line. I wouldn't consider a BMW if that were the case...

What would they give for an 06 E55 with everything but distronic, phone, keyless go.
3300 miles.
Same color combo as yours.
Thinking trade plus cash to you.

Dis-regard. I didn;t realize you were in Florida. I don't think you have the prop taxes we have here.

Actually you're on the right track. I get a sales tax credit of 6% of the "trade in" value. We're talking $5400 at 90k, and that is why I mentioned the car will be purchased through a dealership. I was hoping for a win/win. I get a more realistic buy figure than the low ball of the dealership and the buyer gets a better deal than they could have gotten from someone looking to make a killing. At this point, anything better than the dealer offer of 91 is fair...Since the original figure of 93 was told to me (before they realized I wasn't buying a new car from them) that is the number I am really looking for.
