Okey, I purchase the seats for my 2000 ML320. But decided to trade my car in for an E-class instead. So, I didn't install it on the car. You will need other parts to complete the rear seat conversion. But this could save you hundreds of dollars, compare to if you were to buy them from the dealerships. I am only selling the seats, headrest, seat belt buckle, and bracket (attach to the seats). and nothing else. You will have to source the other parts yourself, which you can find it on this fourm. I have read some member conversion and they do have the parts number you will need.

I only accept Paypal or MO. I prefer you send it via Paypal, because it protect both of us (seller and buyer).
