PORSCHE car seats
I am selling my 996 and will have two Porsche car seats for sale shortly.
One is the Porsche Junior seat model #0154589 (pictured on left). The Porsche Junior seat is designed for all children between nine months and seven years of age (Weight class group 1 & 2: 20-55 lbs.) Adjustment features include backrest height and angle. The seat is easy to install using the standard LATCH anchors.
The other seat is the Porsche Baby-Safe model #401-13 (pictured on right). The Porsche Baby-Safe child restraint is designed for use only by children between 5-20lbs and up to a height of 26 inches.
The Baby-Safe seat has a slight cut/tear on the black fabric on the "cushion" of the seat. We have no idea how it got there. I will provide pics if requested.
I am also selling the de-activation bar for the airbag. Local dealer informed me that you can not buy this bar separately. Not sure if that is BS or not; I would not be surprised if it was.
Both seats have been used lightly. This was our third, weekend car that saw little use. These seats were hard to get when I purchased them a couple of years ago. Not sure if Porsche has got their act together on these yet. I believe both seats are made by Britax for Porsche.
