Lease takeover: 05 Range Rover HSE (<$1100/mo)
All,
I would like to get out of my 2005 Range Rover lease. It's on swapalease now:

If that doesn't work, here are some details:
Adriatic blue / tan leather interior with blue piping on seats. Fully loaded with heated steering wheel option.
Monthly payment: $1097.06, which includes tax.
I'm providing a cash incentive (negotiable) of $1000 to offset my excess miles.
22 months left on lease
Residual value at the end of the lease is $39,524.55.
Mileage allowance. 10K/year. The SUV currently has about 20K miles, so we're over.
Warranty: 4 year / 50000, so the vehicle is covered even after the lease
expires.
FYI - the cost of the vehicle was $75150.
Great condition, no accidents. Recently put on new brakes. SUV is located in LA (Sherman Oaks).
