Black 2000 S4 ***AWE Stage 3*** AWE IC's, Stoptechs, H&R Coilovers & More! **Cheap!**
You obviously don't know the stage 3 S4 market if you think a RSK04 upgrade doesn't add any value to the car. Then again, I can't exactly blame you since I am posting this car up for sale on a MB forum.
I had a 54 trim T3/T4 on a Eclipse GSX making 460whp. I had 5 grand into the entire car on top of what I paid for it. Of course I did all the work myself.
Keep in mind that the price includes two turbos as well as all the piping, hardware, fuel injectors, MAF, software, etc. It's actually cheap compared to some of AWE's competitors!
You are also comparing prices of modifying a Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX to an Audi S4. We all know the S4 is more expensive to mod because the aftermarket is much smaller and the companies can charge more (and get more) since it's an Audi. Those are the simple facts of life.
Have you priced out a crank pulley or software upgrade for an E55 on this site lately?
I bought this black S4 strictly for sale (with all the mods already done by the previous owner), but it's proving to be more of a challenge than I originally anticipated. The amount of money I am making on it does not justify the amount of time and effort I've put into it so far (answering emails, PMs, phone calls, giving people joy rides, bumping my posts on the forums, posting ads, etc, etc.)
I won't bore you with all the details, but I'm like you and actually build my cars on a budget. I have a 1991 Dodge Spirit R/T with $1K into it (including the cost of the car) which has gone 13.005@103.7 so far on street tires. I also have a different blue 2000 Audi S4 which has gone 10.8@129 with under $10K in it, also including the cost of the car. Yes, that is right, $10K into it including the cost of the car. That is after factoring in all the parts I sold from it which were removed for weight reduction and after factoring in all the sponsorships and free parts that I've scored for it over the years.

If I was going to mod a MB, I would have gotten her a c230. She wanted the AWD so that is what she got.
I'm also a budget racer. I have owned a 91 Tsi AWD, 3 second gen eclipses and a 1992 Galant VR4 #909. The 91 Tsi went 12.70 in the 1/4 with 1500 bucks in mods. Love it.
I'm selling a black on black 2000 AWE Stage 3 Audi S4 with 99,800 miles on it. Priced at $18,900 for a quick sale! It has all options except navigation. Located in NY about an hour north of NYC.
The car is extremely clean inside and out. It's never been wrecked and has a clean title. It comes with all receipts and maintenance/service records. The timing belt/water pump was done at 75K miles.
Now for the good stuff... It has the following mods:
- AWE Stage 3 RSK04 Turbo Upgrade Kit (makes 460+ HP/455 ft-lbs tq on pump gas using GIAC Programming) professionally installed / tuned.
- AWE Intercoolers
- Bilstein / H&R coilover suspension (lowers the car, but retains comfortable driving on the street)
- "Piggie Pipe" Downpipes
- Borla Cat Back Exhaust
- RS4 Clutch Kit
- Bosch 710N Diverter Valves
- Toy Guy Short Throw Shifter
- AWE lighted shift knob
- AWE Center Vent Boost Gauge
Only known issue with the car:
This S4 has the annoying and well known "missing pixels" on the dash LCD display.
