just like the title says, i have a black on black w/ blue inserts 2006 E55.
the car has 23k miles with the following options....
keyless go
distronic
trunk closer
active xenons
interior lighting package

car is in excellent condition with new tires and a fresh oil change less then a week ago. i have added k&n filters, a smooth DS intake tube and have a flat hood emblem kit still in the box. i bought the car about 2 months ago but now need a truck.
the car is located in the tampa/lakeland florida area if you want to have a look at it. i would like to get upper $60's out of it. email for more pics.

Even if you have your concealed permit, that is not concealed. Keep it in the glove box man.

its in a snapped holster, same as being in glovebox etc. as per florida law.
CCW permit only gives you the right to conceal on your person.

I understand, however if you get pulled over and a cop see's it he will draw down on you. Why risk an accidental discharge? Trust me it happens.

thats why you do the right thing and keep your hands on the wheel and let the officer know you have a firearm in the car. they allways ask to hand them the gun plus you know how many tickets i have gotten out of because he "thanks me for telling him about the gun right from the start". there are a few a-hole cops but they shut up when they know you know the laws. i have been carring for 10 years and have a CCW permit in 3 different states and have spent hours and hours reading the laws but thanks for your concern.

BTW,
i got pulled over one time when i had my desert eagle .50AE in the console.....the look on the cops face was priceless
most cops are very cool about it.

Hey, Dont mean to pry just a suggestion. I got carjacked and had to pull my revolver on a scumbag, So I wholeheartedly agree with having a gun. I find a fannypack or under the seat is better. To each his own I guess.

yeah because car jackers always give you time to reach into your fannypack or even under the seat

lol....thats ttighttt...ive got probation and cant own any weapons for 2 years...well i guess 1 year now...but the day that craps over...im going shopping for heaters ....howd you pick up your licence to conceal a firearm anyways...dont you need to have some sort of job that needs that sort of thing? i mean what did you say was your reason for needing that??

as far as i know, you can get a ccw permit in any state. gotta be 21 and not have any felonies or battery's etc. at least in pa,md, and florida. in md and pa you just go to the sheriff's office and tell the sheriff you want a ccw permit for protection and target shooting. in florida you actually have to take the 2 hour safety course then mail your stuff to tallahasse and a month later you get it in the mail.

BTW, i do have a felony and still got one in 3 states

i'm pretty sure they have some of the strickest gun laws in the us. i think if you live in ny city you can't even own a firearm.

check www.packing.org as they may have some insight.

no. you have to follow the gun laws in that state or city. some states honor other states ccw permits but not all of them. you really have to read the laws good.
no guns allowed in nyc, philly, or dc period.
on a side note, check the pic below. you should have seen the faces of people when i was checking in all of these guns at the airtran counter. i had to pull all of them out and show them they were unloaded

i believe every person should own at least one gun. it should be a law. imagine what the crime rate would be like. would you hold up a convenience store if you knew all the clerks had guns? would you carjack a women in an suv if you knew she was packing?

On the other hand...would you go any where at night, comfortably, knowing theres a whole damn country full of people with a pistol on them...even a minor argument at a restaurant or bar or any where for that matter, could go wrong, and then bam, someone's on the ground bleeding to death ...quite frankly I'd rather keep it the way it is than have everyone over 21 strapped

now on the other hand....I wouldnt mind trading the E55 for the SL...too bad its leased, yet at the same time, thank god its leased, seeing how these things have been taking HUGE depreciation hits

actually yes i would as long as i got mine on me.

thats just it, i don't think people would be so quick to get violent if they knew there was a chance that they could be killed by you or a witness. plus those people if not killed, would go to prison anyways. i'm not saying it's the answer to all crime but it sure would put a damper on a lot of it in my opinion.

a few years back, my friend was being tailgated real bad so he pulled over and let the guy go by then pulled back on the road behind the guy and the guy stopped in the middle of the road, got out of his car and started beating on my buddies window then pulled out a gun and shot him in the arm through the window, then fled the scene. my friend was ok but now he carries a gun.
now if that guy would have thought that my friend had a gun, he prolly wouldn't have been so quick to do some stupid **** like he did.

i've been going to shooting ranges since i was a child and i have never seen an argument nor ever heard anyone even raise thier voice. every body is just a nice as they can be. i wonder why?
