Again please read that car can't hold a candle stick to mine as far as mods are concerned and to be honest the interior looks beat to ****. Have all the facts before you post and look stupid. Also for the 100th time I am asking 47,000......again incase you missed it asking 47,000. I know I am looking for a specific buyer. Also if you could loose your bonner for MB for one minute you might be able to have an objective opinion!

Thanks!

Again someone that fails to read. YOU DON'T TRADE A CAR LIKE MINE INTO THE DEALERSHIP SO YOU POINT IS IRRELEVANT. Your mentioning it tells me even more that you have no idea what you are talking about because if someone ever did trade in a car like mine to a stealer I would brand them the biggest moron on the face of the planet. Now I know you don't want to be one of those.....

Also before you open your mouth and insert your foot yes I do know plenty about the business as I was part owner in a dealership. Dealerships don't care about mods or anthing at all hence why YOU DON'T TRADE A CAR LIKE MINE INTO THE DEALERSHIP. Plus everyone knows you will always get more for your car if you sell it outright rather than trade it in. Especially with a car like mine. So this dealer trade in value bologna has no business being associated with my car nor does it have anything to do with market value.

Thanks!

Good luck with your sale. YOu have a very nice car.
Thank you for your comment. I truely wish more people could understand this but for some reason I guess it must be rocket science or something.

BTW nice ride also! I love the C55 AMG.....

If you put the same zeal and passion into selling your car as you defend its asking price, you would have sold it a long time ago ;-)

I am not bashing your car (it is certainly very nice, although I am not in the market) nor your asking price. I do think that if there are many people giving you the same feedback, may be it's time to step back and listen a little... I am sure you are smart and wise enough to know that if you need to sell it and there are no bites, it's time to adjust something from the offering, could be the price, could be the uniqueness of the car itself.... You could keep it because it IS a nice car, but I assume you get the newer car itch like we all do...

The fact is the bantering is not hurting your posting at all, it keeps getting bumped and it has over 500 viewings already, couldn't hurt.

Christ, people on this board need to realize that the classifieds is a place where people sell, or negotiate to sell, their cars. Telling someone it's "priced too high" or whatever doesn't help anyone at all. Discussion is for the other sections of the forum not here (and yes I realize the irony in writing that last sentence within the classifieds!)

Good luck w/sale Vader///M3

The thing is I don't care if I sell it or not but If the right buyer comes along and we can work something out then great. I am not really trying to defend my asking price as much as I am trying to let those that make negative and ridiculous comments know that they are being idiotic and ilogical. Unlike others you posted a comment that had some constructive critizism and I appreciate it. Again I am only asking 47k so it is negotiable but I know as soon as the summer rolls around I probably will not sell.

Thanks for the post!

Now I know you are an idiot! Here it is for you mods that I know will get the money:

Vorsteiner CF Diffusor Black $450
Vorsteiner CF Trunk Black $1300
Iforged Rims $3000
Dinan Exhaust $1000
Eisenman Section 2 $300
Hamann Midpipe $1000
Euro Headers $800
Dinan Strut Tower Brace $300
TOTAL= $8150

$8150+$37720= $45870 so I am asking....mind you that is asking....again incase you missed it asking $47k and it comes with all the other bull ****! Oh I think I could get altleast $1000 for the bilstiens but I am not taking that **** off especially since I sold the stock suspension but I still have the originally sway bars.....I think! If it makes you feel better I will drop the asking price to 46k.

40-47k is high for an 03 M3 who's buyer doesnt really see the value of the mods. Me being one of those people, I'd rather buy one of these 05 M3 Competition's

nice a$$ car but way over priced......you might have mods but your better off parting it out and selling it.....you never get what you put into the car unless it's a classic car....... or if maybe you had a supercharger under the hood then yea but you should price it at 37k at the most

Honestly, you have to find someone who appreciates the car like you do, otherwise you will never get anything close to your asking price. I'm sure there are plenty of people willing to pay that. Keep looking around boards and at meets. It will sell...eventually.

I don't know why you bothered posting your comment because if you don't value mods then not only would not be shoppping for a car like mine but I wouldn't sell you it either. You just stated the obvious!

Someone who does value mods might look at my car and say "God dam that is a good deal!" Instead of buying a similar M3 for 37k and then spending 20k on similar mods I can spend 46K and get an M3 that already has them. So I just saved myself 11k.....Great! Maybe I am crazy but that is how I think.

I am not hard up to sell so I am not parting it. I put it up for sale just seeing if the right person comes along. If not I don't care as summer will be here soon and then I won't want to sell.

I still don't understand how it is way overpriced after I just pretty much layed it out the mods I can sell in 3 days and get all the money for. My car is only overpriced to people that don't care about mods. Honestly to if you are one of those people then good luck to you. I can't buy anything without wanting to tinker with it or add to it some how to make it better. For the people that don't see the value in what I have done to the car then DON'T POST AS THIS THREAD IS NOT FOR YOU BECAUSE YOU JUST DON'T GET IT AND PROBABLY NEVER WILL!

Thanks for the comment I like your E55.

thanks bro.....i actually sold my w210, it wouldn;t a 55 but looked like one....i didn't get that i wanted for it but i got more then a stock one since i went widebody and it was full custom.......not to hurt your feelings but anyone can do the mods you have done so for most they rather buy a stock one and then find used parts for sale.....

i'm on the e46fan forum too and see cars go for sale there as well and seen 03 with mods go for 39 at the most and people still thought it was over priced, seriously if you parted it out you'd get more for your money but only if you have the parts still or maybe trade and cash

4 wheeled car.
LOL @ the dumb asses who say mod lower the price of your car. It's like if I have a stock E55 and my buddy has an E55 with HRE's and Kleemann K2 kit, then if we both go to the dealer to get he car traded in, he will get 50k and I will get 60k. lool stfu ignorant people. What mods do is not lower the value of the car, it's making the sale more difficult for people who don't care about the mods. So they just won't buy that car and will go for a stock one. In other hands, somebody who knows the mods and know how much it would cost to do it themselves, may see the value in this car and pay for more it, thus actually paying for the mods, and be happy with it.

lol mods lower the value of the car... nig please...

no you retard.....it doesnt lower the price of the car but it just makes buyer that car which is at a certain value harder......of course you'll get more for it but you won't get back every cent you have put into the car......things most people look for is how well the car has been taken car of, mods are the last thing.....most people like to buy a stock car and mod it....but for example your cars worth 20 and you put in 15k extra, your not going to sell it at 35....it'll prob be under 30 but it all depends on what you've done.....

end of the subject
