Now everyone thinks they can get these for $150...or worse, that I bought these for $150 and that I'm gouging MBworld members.

And you still never answered my question of why is tirerack spec-ing wheels 18x8" et35 to fit W124 if you say they won't fit. If you've done "several", tirerack has done thousands.
Never take tire racks recommendations as gospel. I know with the w211 a couple of members have bought rims from tirerack only to find out the offset is too aggresive (rubs).

W124's
Tire Rack blows.

They based all their wheel sizes solely on what they think is best. Basically, ***** *** fitments and also they are basing their fitments on NON-lowered cars.

Also, don't take things so seriously. I'm active on this forum so I'm gonna look after my fellow members - find them a better deal if I can ... especially when you come out aggressive on me acting like I don't know my **** about W124s. If anyone let's TireRack choose the size wheels they should get then it's time for them to get a reality check.

Again, no one said anything about a lowered W124. This is all the guy wrote:

You assumed that the car was lowered.

I came out aggressive? WTF? The very first thing you wrote in this thread is:

Which I think is a bit rude. You could have PMed me that info saying, "Hey man, I think your price might be a bit high. I think a member here in the W124 got a set of those on Ebay for $200. You might want to lower it." But, nope. You had to put that sh*t on blast.

There are pictures of his wheels install in the section somewhere.

They look really nice - a tad aggressive but it fits fine nonetheless. Nothing rolling your fenders and AMG fender spacers for the W124 can't help with.

^That is not aggressive....and you forgot to mention the part that he gives some friendly advice if one were to buy your rims....he also gave compliment to how nice the rims are...com'on man....
