WTB: C55 or C32

WTB: C55 or C32
As the title says, looking for either. I would prefer a C55, but also will look at C32's depending on the condition/mileage, etc. I like the idea of a C32 with a stage 1 or something to give it a bit more oomph. Not looking for lots of mods though, in C55's case, a 100% stock full optioned C55 is ideal. C32's case, a95% stock full optioned C32 w/stage 1.
Requirements:
Must be under warranty, extended a plus
Must be under 60k miles
Premium/Lighting packages
No color preference really
Prefer navigation but not mandatory

How about a 03 C32 with 35,000 miles, MB certified warranty, Silver, Bi-xenon, nav, car is mint, Carbon fiber front lip, grille, emblem, 19" wheels with Michelin PS2 500 miles on them, still have stock wheels and tires (pilot sports)with 1000 miles on them, in PA...............

zoink- I actually sold it to him for less than I could've gotten on trade. I needed to open up my options. Hard to find nice Gallardo's in Florida making a trade near impossible. Besides, I much rather someone get it thats an enthusiast and will appreciate the deal I gave him.
