I realized I was losing way too much from what I got them for. I mean, I'm still losing money selling it at $230 shipped, but I really need to get rid of them. They are brand new and sealed. Come with 1 year warranty from Apple. I will guarantee these are not refurbished or damaged Ipod. I will issue you a full refund, if some how you are not satisfied. I know Ebay feedback's don't mean much now days, since people can buy feedback. If you want you can check out my Ebay account feedback, my ID is jdm_gadget. All I got is Black Ipod. BTW, Best Buy is selling them for $250 tax not included.

Well I'm just trying to sell it to whoever wants to buy it. I'm not trying to complete with other store. Rather it $1.00, $2.00 or $10.00. I'm still selling it cheaper then alot of place. I never even opened these Ipod before, threre no reason for me to go way undercost.

Thats not what people are saying to you. They are giving you advise. Whether or not you paid that much for them, you have to consider competition from all sources. Especially since yours don't have any warranty:

Now, unless you are an authorized retailer, which you aren't since you would then face a TOU violation on MBWorld, you have to be more willing to work with people.

That is not true I have had a used iPod and taken it to the apple store in Lenox mall and no questions were asked. They saw it didn't work it was still under the original 1 year warranty and they just replaced it. I don't know the OP at all, but it just annoys me when people hate on peoples ads. If you don't want to buy it don't post in the thread. Yes his are 10-20-30 dollars cheaper than the internet so then if you don't want his go buy yours off the internet AND DON"T POST IN SOMEONE ELSE THREAD.

. Its an explanation and a warranty link. Yes, most will get lucky but others may not. That needs to be said up front. Not everybody will have a store in their neighborhood. Please expand your corner of the world and think outside of the box.
Why not go to pricegrabber and look at pricing. Then its your choice if $1, $2 or $10 is worth the savings of not being sure 100% of the warranty.

just so you guys know. Apple warranties are not active until you make it so or the store you bought it from make it so.
a friend of mine bought a ivideo when it came out and just recently had it replaced because the HD took a dump. His warranty was never activated by the store he bought it from and when he spoke to the sales he was told that either the customer or the sales that made the sale has to input the serial number from the product online to register for the warranty in order for it to be active and the warranty period starts from the day you activate it. If according to his purchase date, the warranty would've been expired long time ago.

Thanks for all the advice from everyone. As far as I know, the warranty on these Ipod are not actived yet. I don't have much reputation on this forum, but my word are good. If anyone want to pay a little more to feel 100% safe about what they're buying, that fine with me. Like I said before, I'm just trying to get rid of these Ipod, and I'm willing to loose only $5.00-$10.00 from what I brought them for. I'm not selling these cause they're defective or refurbished in anyway. I'm a seller on Ebay, user ID (jdm_gadget) I sell Nintendo Wii and a bunch of other stuff. A scammer won the auction for my Wii. He offered me $1,800 for 6 Ipod, alone with the payment on the Wii. He from Cambodia, and he said in Cambodia Ipod cost about $400 usd. Well I brought the story. He paypal me the payment. The shipping address was unconfirm, and I wasn't aware of that. I didn't know, if I ship a item to a unconfirm address, paypal will not cover me for any losted. 2 days later, I received an e-mail saying the account that was used to make this payment was unauthorized. I called FedEx right away, and they told me that the package have not been delivered yet. So I had them send it back to sender. Well I losted the S/H money, and now I'm still stuck with the Ipod. A member on this forum (eunosracr), brought one from me. It was about 1 month ago. If you have question about if these Ipod are defective or refurbished, you can ask him. Ask him about the warranty on it. It better then hearing it from me, if you don't feel safe. I got 3 more left as of this moment.

A similar situation happened to me when the xbox 360 came out.
I would just post them on ebay and let the market come up with the final price. It doesn't hurt to give it a try.

That sucks, did you get your money back? After this incident, I will never accept paypal payment with a unconfrim address. At least nothing over $50. I listed up on Ebay a few time, 1 out of 5 ended with a bid. Well my starting bid was at $230. Thanks for your advice though.
