5 being annoying loud, what would you rate?
what would you rate remus/brabus/lorinser just to compare?

I was thinking brabus or lorinser but might consider this one.

What kind of power boost did it give? And is the top corner supposed to be flattened as shown in the picture? Does it need anything else for install?

I doubt you will feel any power boost from any exhaust. Yes, the top corner is supposed to be flattened like that. No, you do not need anything else to install it.

still new to the modding world. Would this exhaust be considered annoyingly loud or is it that sweet sound that would make people turn their heads?

Sorry but I can't compare it to any of the other manufacturers b/c i haven't heard them.

If you search in W203 section, there should be some eisenmann sound clips.

The exhaust will work with the OEM W203 exhaust system but it needs to be welded on. You would need a full cat-back system to have a bolt on.
