TDMA v.60 handset kit for sale
I am selling a brand new Motorola TDMA V60 telephone handset kit for a Mercedes Benz. It displays Mercedes Benz printed on the front with the MB logo. It displays Cingular on the screen when you turn it on but can be used on any TDMA network. The kit includes the phone, battery, charger, belt holder, and instruction booklet. I am ONLY selling the telephone handset. I am NOT selling the installation hardware that is required in the vehicle for it to work handsfree throughout the vehicle's audio system. The phone kit is Mercedes Benz part number Q6820777. It is brand new, never activated. This phone kit retails for about $700 at the dealer. thats interesting... Cingular is a GSM network... it doesn't use TDMA...
And to the best of my knowledge, MB does not use GSM network for their cell phones.

Used to be a CLK430
Cingular used to be Houston Cellular in Houston and they were TDMA here. Through their acquisition of PrimeCo they picked up a GSM network and in some parts even some limited CDMA capabilities.

I live in Houston as well so what other hardware do I need in my C230k for this to work? I have BOSE and planning to go to Audio 10 CD unit so will the phone still work? $500 seem a little high...any discount for fellow Houstonian since I can pay cash and there's no shipping involved?
