1981 Honda XL500S Custom 2006 restoration. Graphite colored metal tank and rear UFO plastic fender. Racing carbon fiber front fender and carbon fiber pattern seat cover. Gloss black frame, XR500 completely rebuilt off-road front end and hydraulic disc brake with stainless steel brake line. 500cc steel colored engine with new JT front and rear sprockets and o-ring chain. PIAA ION yellow projection headlights, Baja Designs LED rear brake light and 12v conversion. New Renthal handle bars, KTM Mirrors and mounts, Scott grips, K&N Filter, all clear fuel and breather lines, new All ***** bearings in rims & steering. New gel battery, brake pads and S.S. Allen head bolts everywhere. Mobil 1 synthetic trans. oil in front forks and GTX synthetic bend oil in motor. New Bridgestone BT45 21” front and 18” rear tires and tubes.
