guys, Im really ashame of having to post this but the reason for this transaction never going through was because I was forced to leave town do to a tragic family incident back home in venezuela, When i finally got around to looking everything up I noticed that he had already issued the claimed through paypal, so I just let paypal handle the things since he had already gone that route.... I never discussed or questioned anything since I believe it was the right thing to do... and of course, he got his money back... I had really forgotten about this post until a fellow member (neihouma) reminded me of it...
