M271 Exhaust Manifold
I bought this Euro spec exhaust manifold before I bought my Kleemann header. I was going to have a high flow cat add to it. The US spec exhaust manifold is one piece, exhaust manifold and catalyst. I didnt want to cut my factory exhaust manifold for warranty purpose (100k mile warranty, transferable to next owner, they will get all factory parts). Mercedes built our cars with stepped exhaust manifolds. So if you like the quick off the line feeling and just want to make the car go and go, adding a high flow cat to this setup would be ideal. You will also keep th factory look when you bring it in for warranty work.
I had a race shop ready do this set up for me but then I decided I wanted my car Kleemaninzed.
