i checked my paypal last night. as of 4 days from sending his payment, i did not recieve a refund, but its there now. the full amount is back in my account...

So, the dirtbag had a until yesterday to respond to my complaint, and never did. Paypal ruled in my favor but unfortunately, there is not money in the account to refund me the rest of my money.
I hope no one else got scammed like me! I hope the moderator's of this website ban this scammer so he cannot swindle anyone else...
