Wow I really opened up a can of worms here. I am still looking for the paperwork. Like I originally said regarding the return, I purchased the bag over 2 months ago (I was on the dan waiting list, imagine a waiting list for a bag???). I didn't give the purse to the girl in question untill 2 months after the purchase, for her birthday. Therefor when I tried to return it they gave me a no way, understandably. Now I am searching for the paperwork and I will have it for anyone who is interested. I just went through a move so my belongings are spread out all over Manhattan and Long Island.

Pick pocket and purse snatchers now do a grab and run for the purse itself and not what is inside. As soon as they get around the corner they shake out the contents and keep the bag. 14k for a purse, that is a joke. No way is there 14k of materials and time in that purse, even if Donald Trump and Bill Gates were the seamstress making the handbag.
