any idea why they are $300 on their own ebay store- but 2x as much on their actual storefront website. I got on their site expecting to see a cheaper price (a lot of places are like that since they don't have to pay the ebay fees and such)- but it was close to double. kinda odd- just wondering. overstocks maybe?

They were reduced recently but since demand increased, Neal, the storeowner said that they were thinking about raising the price back up to $599. 
I know a few that purchased it for 599 so you are lucky

yeah- the dealer (or a test driver) curbed the passenger side bumper skirt and fouled it up a little. i have always liked the Euroteck lips- but never considered them.....until i went to a good local body shop and got an estimate to fix the lip....turns out it was cheaper to buy the lip (which i liked), than the have the bumper repaired.....i win twice...you can't see it was ever slightly damaged and I have a cf lip

Yes, we sell them cheaper on ebay when we have a major overstock of them to clear them out.
