W203, W211, W219, W212
They are NOT too big for a W203. I'm 100% sure those rims would fit just fine on your C320, and the offset would clear W203 AMG brakes FWIW.
HOWEVER..
I'm not sure about the 275 rear tires, they might rub on your C320, especially if your car is lowered.
I DO know for sure that 265 would be fine.
