FS:2003 C320 W/C2 pkg and chrome whls!
I'm selling my BRAND spanking new C320. Just bought it last Sunday (11/10/02). You'll save a ton of money not having to pay the tax, license, registration, destination&delivery, dealer prep, etc. that I paid last weekend.
It's a bit more car than I can afford, so I'm willing to take a loss to get out from under it. I'm asking 40K, which is what the sticker was with the options. I'm throwing in the chrome wheels though. Very few miles on it (maybe 200). Its got the rain sensor, power sun/moon roof, auto-dimming mirrors, the whole C2 package. Also has the 5-spd electronically controlled auto transmission and the factory installed CD changer. It's brilliant silver with charcoal leather interior.

Mercedes101 is partly right...
for a 2003 C320, you can get that pretty much at invoice.
for a 2002 C320 (if you can still get it), you can snag that at about 1-1500 below invoice.
You took a big hit by signing that paper in the F&I room... sorry about the car

Best thing to do is to go to your dealer and see if he can unwind the deal since its so new or work something else out (i.e - exchange it for a lower cost car, maybe an older starmarked C) - since you also bought an E-Class and pretty much paid full price for both he made a boatload of money off of you. If you sell it privately your going to lose 20% of the value of the car at least - plus Taxes and Registration.
