Mercedes SL55 Rear Left shock / hydropneumatic spring
I have one of these thats of a 2003 sl55.

Unit price in the UK is £993 ! The reaosn its out is that it has a tempermental sensor at the top and the abc comes up occasionally.

Apparently this can be repaired by someone who knows what they are doing?
