Have a baby on the way so need something larger. Car is in amazing condition, all dealer serviced and always garaged.
2006 Capri blue exterior, black interior, C350 Sport Sedan 6 speed manual 22,000 miles, 1 owner

I love how good the COMAND head unit looks in the dash, factory all the way! Having the COMAND navigation means never getting lost. Being able to see your next turn on your instrument cluster is just too cool. Both the 6-disk cd changer and head unit will play MP3 CD's. Having the top-of-the-line MB head unit means that you can browse folders on MP3 CD's - very cool.
Price: $31,000
A high price you say? Why yes it is! This car is very rare, there are not many '06 C350 SS with the 6 speed tranny in them, and fewer with factory COMAND. Anyone looking for a luxury sedan with a super sporty 6-speed need look no further.

Sorry to say it but you wont get anything near 30k for it, 06 C55's are going for 30s and these things were going for under 30k NEW when the 07 C-classes came out

Unfortunetely that's the same thing I was thinking, the '05 C55 is around mid to low 30's. However, good luck with your sale - people like me who are fanatics about 6-Speed Sedans will probably be tempted by this, especially since the new C-Class (W204) doesn't offer the C350 in a manual transmission.
Also remember, the manual transmission is actually a (-) in terms of $.

Great car and a nice combination.
But as someone rightly pointed out the Manual will be a Negative on $, rare it surely is.
Goodluck cause there are 2 C55s near me being offered for $30K with 25K miles. loaded with all options.
If you go to trade it in the dealer wont give you more than $22K. Private Part more like $25K.
I used KBB for all these numbers. And dealers go a bit less than that. BTW 28K is te excellent retail on your beauty.
It hurts a lot more cause the new design is out. I myself was loking at C 55s and revising your price would help you move it.
