harris, i don't think he'll steal yours if he sells them. he probably has them but no digital cam so he "borrowed" your pics. although he should have asked you before doing that, i don't think you should be concerned that your wheels are unsafe. besides, don't you have wheel locks anyways????

Harris, the much more likely scenario is that he does not have these wheels and has no intention of aquiring them. He will simply sell the phantom item, collect his $3000, and never attempt to provide the buyer with wheels.

But I think he should be more creative by writing his own description!!! Dont you think so??? How can he just copied my description and pretend its his??? This is not right!!! He is not selling the product from the pictures!!!

Yes, this would be a better scenario than my original worry, but I always think of the worst first!!

Auction ended early because "item is no longer available for sale"

Hmmm....

Exclamation

I would not have not bid on this seller, they do not have any feedback. Feedback is important for a buyer to determine if the seller is creditable. I have bought and sold on E bay for years and I always check the feedback and if it is not up to my standards I will pass rather than take a chance and loose money.

Talking What to do when this happens....

I saw a funny resolution to this problem.

1) Change the names of the picture files, if you host them somewhere, that you can.
2) Change your auction to reflect your new filenames.
3) Upload pictures of anything to your picture host.
(think clean), like a set of 13" steel wheels in this case. (no ****)
4) Name those new pictures to the filenames that the guy who is stealing your pics is using.
5) Watch as he doesn't sell and just wasted $2.

See, it's funny.
