Just got this set for my c coupe.
For NJ roads, I must say that 19 is not a good choice for me because I drive agressive and I dont want to screw it up..
Anyways they are chrome, rims are perfect no bends at all, chrome is mint on 3 of them no marks.
The 4th wheel has a little curb ding on the outer lip, its about the size of a pinky nail. Could be fixed relatively cheap but was told to leave it alone since it didnt flake any chrome.
I will take 1400 for them, comes with Falken 235/35/19 tires. These tires are very streached on the 9 inch wide rim tho, Id reccomend something wider.

Comes with full set of lugs, and 2 spacers for the front 5mm so it clears the shock perfectly. This set did not rub at ALL on any wheel.
Rode with them for only 3 days, just purchased them 2 weeks ago..
Im going to move to 18 inch I think.

With the tires they weigh a good 50 lbs a piece.
Im guesssing I could ship them for 125 ups ground. Would have to call and ask, i need ur exact location
