how much should i pay?

looking for some stock c class wheels since i have only the stock hubs for my classic c240.

how much should i pay for wheels and brand new rubbers?

when i get them can i just put them on or do i have to get them aligned or somthing?

i was thinking about getting the new E class thick 5 spoke but those wont fit on my car right?

You should find A LOT of take offs at your various MB dealerships. Try Richmond, they have lots. Price-wise, I guess around CAD$1K. The new E class wheels will not fit on your C because an E uses 14mm bolts.
