2001 E430 4-Matic 9k mi for sale
Beautifull black/black, 9k mi, Bose, CD changer, sunroof, htd seats,
rubber mats and trunk liner from new, always garaged and cared for. Wife driven 1.5 mi to and from work. Now she wants ML so we just got one and need to sell this beauty for $45500.

I am talking to another poster on here about selling him my CLK55 because it's too small for my family. I had planned on moving to the S430 for between $40 and $45K (20K miles max) but I might be interested in your ride. While your miles are low (nice), your price is still a little high (even in consideration of the low mileage). Would you be willing to entertain something in the $38-$39K range? I know that dealers will only give you $35K for it so while I'm not giving much more, it's better than the dealers? PM me if your interested.

Sticker of the E430 4matic was $59000, the car still smells new, warranty is 'till June 2005 or 41000 mi and I will sell the car for
$43000. No dealer will even see the car. This is my final price.

Looks like we won't be dealing anytime soon. I understand though. It's hard to let go of a quality ride for such a dramatic loss so quickly. That's just the way it happens with new cars. That's also why I only buy quality used ones. Good luck with your effort and be certain to check out the actual current street values over at edmunds.com or other such site. You may still be able to locate a private buyer who is seeking your car and you have a good color so you might get the higher than average $'s you seek. Good luck!
