These pieces are all German made. Parts number for the rear is 51 32 0400 , parts number for one side skirt is 51 32 0251 , parts number for the other side skirt is 51 32 0252 .

This is for the W208 chassis CLK320 of any year, both cabriolet and coupe. Would look especially nice on those "cheap" looking CLK's that have the unpainted bottom!
