I'd probably get flamed for this but isnt buying a brabus shift knob or center caps or hood badge kinda....RICEY? I mean if your car isnt from Brabus or have a hefty Brabus modification that technically a 'poser' correct? I'm always puzzled by ppl.'s obsession with these Carlsson and Brabus badges and shiftknobs. Heck I like some of the AMG apparels but since I dont have an AMG vehicle I wont get one b/c I think thats being a tad poser-ish. I mean I didnt even put my Kleeman badges on my car when it came with their parts.
Oh and yes $290 for that knob is outrageous but then so is the offer for $75. I think c class 279 ASSUMED that ppl will do research and find out what the retail is. He also ASSUMED that since its no longer avail in US ppl will pay premium for it (over retail). Well we all know what happens when you ***-U-ME :p

I say...It's your car, so do whatever you want to it...Who cares what other people think...I would be the biggest poser on the board if you think those mods are for posers hehe....Im not flaming you, everone has there own opinion....I respect that you wanna keep your car whatever it is...Just some people like to be diff, and i'm one of the diff people

The link to your car pics is not working right now but I think i've seen your car (one with two guys on the ground right?). I like the look...very tasteful and subtle (nite shots mostly so cant really tell). And you parts listing so far....nothing poserish. I've seen plenty of regular Benz around town with the AMG badge on the trunk. umm there is a Brabus North America over here.. so i would think that if i wanted the shift knob i would be able to get it.... and if it was $290 from them... i would much rather get it from BRABUS then you because atleast i would be able to see their cars, and maybe get some other goodies for a better price in the future

Man actually, you should feel bad. Poor kids in Africa and other poor countries are starving, and for only one dollar a day, you can feed 3 of them and put them through school. Man, you could help a lot of them!

from knobs to starving children... but i try to help people.. i give a dollar or two, to those who ask me for them when i am walking..... if they buy food or alcohol is not my fault.... hey ken this guy wants $290 for this knob..... if you really want the knob just come with me to the store i usually get my stuff from... as well as lorinserCclass goes, id rather get it from them for $290 then this guy...
