F/S ECU with Power CHip foe 99 E430
I have it in my car but need stock ECU will sell it for $250 plus shipping and your ECU.

Actually i dont need the stock ECU but you need to send me yours so i can send it to Powerchip and they will do it for me.
Its the GOld chip so you need to use 91 octane gas at least.
And if you mmgrad with the CLK is interested i can do it eaither one.
