Gone @ $38,500 pending funds. New owner flys in to pick it up tomorrow. Its been a fun car. Now I just have to wait for prices on used 03/04 E55s to come down a bit before diving in to my next AMG. Thanks to all that have responded.

Hey Accomplice, just letting you know your ex car is now closer to my home.. my best friend just bought it. 
Tall, Indian dude, who sounds like he is a dumbass for driving back to Va. Beach from Jacksonville by himself.. yup that's him.. i will post pics of our cars together :p

Cool. Your friend is a real nice guy. I hope he enjoys the car and doesn't get too many tickets in it. I look forward to seeing the pics of both C32s together.
Edit: I didn't think of him as a dumbass for wanting to drive it home. When I bought it, I picked up the car in IL and drove it home to FL. That was 17 hours.
