Selling my baby-1970 Olds 442 W-30 Convertible

1970 OLDSMOBILE 442 W-30 Convertible, matching numbers 455, fully functional factory A/C, automatic transmission with Hurst dual gate shifter, PS, PDB, OAI hood, rust-free car purchased new in Ft Lauderdale and always residing in south FL, protect-o-plate along with original warranty sheet and promissory note, correct black with red stripes, black interior, engine rebuilt to stock specs, distibutor with internal conversion to electronic ignition, 3" stainless exhaust with Flowmasters that sound amazing, recent shocks/springs/bushings, new tires, 79,000 original miles, this car runs extremely well and is very reliable, chrome excellent, paint still in decent condition but with new paint and minimal bodywork this car should bring over $40,000 at auction. Need the cash and need the space since my daughter will be getting a car soon. It's hard to part with it but since I got the E55 I hardly ever drive the 442. It's funny though how different 500 ft-lbs of torque from 1970 is from 2003.
