I'm in ATL. Still have my CLK 55 (2001) with existing warranty plus Starmark. I'd take slightly less than $40K for it.

i am looking at around $30K (at most) to spend on a car at the moment..

so i am afraid it's still way far to get to your price range..

unless you will let it go for that..i will certainly consider it.

good luck for your sale..it looks like a nice car..(just can't spend this much right now for a car)
