Goodyears GS tires new have a tread depth of 10/32" = 8mm. Therefore your claim of 50% is incorrect (Posted tread depth of 2 - 3 mm somewhere else.)
The wear bars are at 2/32" = 1.6 mm. Therefore your claim of usable tread is also misleading. Matter of fact: the tirerack recommends replacing tires when the reach 4/32" = 3.2 mm because of the danger of hydroplaning, etc, in bad weather.

I have no idea what's the original tread it has. so 40% it is. The rim is in perfect condition so for $250 it still a great price.
